Refreshed branding collateral and renewed website for corporate leadership company Neumann Leadership. Project included necessary logo related graphics, letterhead, and typography package. Web deliverables included project analysis of existing web infastructure for seemless integration with existing domain profile and email service, installation of new content management system (wordpress), theme selection and installaton, 1 hour of theme customization, and related web/graphic design.
Creative work for community-based smiling initiative. Campaign goal is to use social media as a platform to encourage community good will and happiness through random acts of smiling.

Coastal Jazz and Blues Society required a survey to garner volunteer feedback from the 2012 TD International Jazz Festival. Project included reviewing client survey criteria, survey design, implementation and distribution through a simple-to-use web platform. Quantitative data and qualitative information gathered from the survey would be used to inform the restructuring of the volunteer program for future festivals.
Renewed branding concept and brand package for community-driven yoga studio East Side Yoga. Working with client to establish cohesive brand identity consistent with values of her business. Project includes necessary logo related graphics, typography package, and consultation sessions for website concept and design.
Working with volunteer team for the Coastal Jazz and Blues Society for the 2012 TD International Jazz Festival facilitated the coordination of over 500 festival volunteers and 12,000 volunteer hours over the course of the 10 day event. Coordination included creating a customized SalesForce database and workflow that would be able to systematically track volunteer hours, keep accurate contact details, process venue schedules, assist departmental scheduling needs and future recruitment. Contract included necessary internal documentation.
Marketing services and communications strategy for UBC Opera’s Rusalka. Development, implementation and management of strategic marketing plan focused on appealing directly to target audiences and building patron loyalty. Deliverables included full creative development and targeted advertising plan with oversight of the creation, design, copywriting and production of various printed and web promotional materials. Rusalka was UBC Opera’s highest grossing opera to date.
Building on the look and feel of its previous season, UBC Opera required refreshed graphics standards for its 2012-2013 Season. One of its foundational promotional pieces is the season brochure. Typography, copy and format was enhanced and refined. A revised distribution strategy was also developed that would leverage the database in the ticketing system.
Created branding identity for Heather Books including selected web graphics that appeal directly to the core targets for Usborne Books sellers. Usborne uses the best editors and designers in the world to develop an engaging, entertaining and exciting range of over 1500 titles that make learning fun for children from birth right through to high school, and many that appeal to adults too!
